Alistair M J Lyttle

Senior Tutor
Alistair Lyttle qualified with a PGCE from The University of Birmingham in 1994 before taking up a teaching position at Devenport High School for Boys, a grammar school in Plymouth. He returned to Birmingham in 1996 and has worked in the independent sector since that time with over 20 years’ experience of school leadership. He has prepared pupils for selective examinations at 11 Plus for 25 years and has a reputation for working closely with parents to get the very best of the students in his care. Alistair has an unrivalled knowledge and understanding of Birmingham’s secondary school selection process at 11 Plus.

Georgina White

Senior Tutor
Georgina White has been working in education since January 1995. With a First-Class BA Honours Degree in Education and a PGCE, she has gained extensive experience across a variety of educational settings, holding several leadership positions during her career. For over 17 years, Georgina has specialised in independent school and grammar school preparation at 11 Plus, as well as SATs reinforcement for pupils in Years 5 and 6.

Aimee Joseph

Years 1 and 2 Specialist Tutor
Aimee Joseph has been working in education for nineteen years and is passionately dedicated to the early years of formal schooling. She obtained a BA Honours Degree in 2009 and followed this by gaining Qualified Teacher Status in 2021. She has concentrated her classroom teaching on the 4 – 7 age groups and has also held various senior leadership roles. Aimee specialises in the reinforcement of the mechanics of Maths and English that are so vital in the educational journey.
